- Support training needs analyses and job-task analyses; guide Continuing Education (CE) developers to ensure that the needs analysis supports the identified practice gaps; and ensure that the resulting training meets these identified needs
- Provide validated competencies using existing competency sets as a framework
- Support training interventions, including prerequisites, to ensure attainment of competencies and that the end-product is an accredited continuing education activity
- Work with programs, subject matter experts, and stakeholders applying adult education principles to develop accredited CE activities to meet program needs and timelines.
- Coordinate complex or expedited CE requests; support CE developer through accreditation process
- Support CE program evaluation and quality improvement
- Conduct evaluation of team’s program tools, activities, processes and outcomes and make recommendations as necessary.
